With the unveiling of VisionSpectrum(TM) 7500 (VDP-7500), the first product in its LSI Logic family of display processors, the company is offering manufacturers an optimal price-performance solution for the flat-panel display market to meet the growing consumer demand for Digital TV (DTV) and High Definition (HD) displays.
The VDP-7500 display processor is a 3D scaler and deinterlacer that generates the video quality comparable to the industry's highest-end solutions, with a price-performance value that makes it ideal for powering mainstream LCDs, plasma TVs, and other pixilated displays.
